1.
Connects to the PC via a USB cable for viewing an object on a large screen.
2.
Interface: USB2.0, Resolution: 1600 x 1200, Maximum frame rate: 10 frames per second
3. |
Magnification: Variable between 1x - 290x Note: If distance is required for the work, we recommend a magnification between 1x - 120x.
4. |
Stores images in JPG or BMP file format, and also calibrates the distance between two points in live mode using the standard-shipped imaging software.
5. |
The compact body contains a CCD camera, lighting, and lens and therefore is lightweight and easy to carry around. It is also low priced.
6. |
The Internal and External Lights can be switched on and off independently of each other. Also, by using the standard-shipped Diffusion Filter, you can decrease the amount of reflection off of metallic objects.
7. |
Suited for observing, inspecting, and analyzing circuit boards, metals, cast objects, processed objects, parts, foodstuff, etc.

Combination with the Options

Flexible Stand (DS Flexible Stand)
Holds the DS-3 Series Microscopes at a convenient position for easy viewing. You can even observe an object from a horizontal position. The magnet base allows it to be placed on any metal object.

Camera Fixture MS-BL-01with Black Stage MS-BS-01
This option is convenient for viewing a wide area of up to A4 size. The Black Stage is moved manually.

DS-XYS Stand
This is a standard Stand that comes with the X-/Y-axis Stage. There are two knobs for adjustment of the Z-axis-fine adjustment and rough adjustment. This Stand is useful for observing an object at close distance and at high magnification.

DSM Stand 25 (Calibration Stand)
You can calibrate the X-/Y-axis with an accuracy of 1/100mm with a display resolution of 1 micron. Calibration range: Within 25mm of X-/Y-axis The calibration is done by software on the PC screen. Place the cross line displayed on the screen on one end of an object and set the micrometer head to 0 (zero). Place the micrometer head on the other end of the object and adjust the cross line by rotating the micrometer head. The displaced value is digitally displayed on the micrometer head.

Image Calibration Software “Micro Labo”
The industry's first to have the auto calibration function. Images at several layers of an object are taken to create a 3D image. Also, a clear image is obtained by the multi-focus function. Easy operation by the use of icons.
